The primary purpose of the Fair is to provide a place to display livestock, agriculture, crafts and the like in a safe, family-oriented environment. The Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair is a special annual event of limited duration, with a specific objective of providing thousands of attendees an educational and entertainment experience, serving a main audience of family and youth, in a safe, family-oriented environment.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, You can purchase the MEGA PASS and Advanced General Admission tickets by clicking on any "Get Tickets" button on any page. Or you can click HERE . The Mega Pass and Advanced General Gate Admission Tickets will go on sale the end of November.

When do ONLINE ticket sales end?
The MEGA PASS and the reduced rate Advanced General Admission ticket sales end Wednesday, February 23rd at 11:59pm. After February 23rd the MEGA PASS will not be on sale. You must purchase the Mega Pass prior to the deadline.

I can't print my tickets, what should I do?
Click HERE and then click on LOGIN and put in the email address you used to purchase the tickets and the random password that was sent to your email. If you did not receive a random password, click on the "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. We will email you a new password to obtain your tickets.

Can you scan my ticket from my mobile device?
Yes, as long as it is the PDF that was sent to your email. Taking pictures of your ticket with your smart phone sometimes will not work. Please remember that you cannot use only the bar code, you will need to be able to view the entire ticket.

Can you leave and re-enter the Fairgrounds on the same day?
No. Once you have entered the Fairgrounds and scanned your ticket you will not be able to re-enter without purchasing another entry ticket. There is no re-entry on any night of the Fair.

When is Moonlight Madness?
Moonlight Madness happens on both Friday nights of the Fair. This year those dates are Friday, February 25th and Friday, March 4th Moonlight Madness starts at 8pm and runs until 1am on both Friday nights. Tickets are sold at the gate only - $25.

Can I use my Mega Pass during Moonlight Madness?
YES, you can use your Mega Pass during Moonlight Madness. The Mega Pass IS VALID FOR MOONLIGHT MADNESS!

I would like to be a vendor, who do I contact?
Vendor space is limited, not guarenteed, and our policy is to give returning vendors preference. We do not place our applications online, as we select our vendors from year to year. If you are interested in being considered, we require a photograph of your unit, on all four sides, set up at an event, the total unit dimensions, and a product/service list be submitted to the Fair Manager at fcrone@leeciviccenter.com

Can I purchase tickets when I get to the Civic Center or Fair Grounds?
Yes, you can purchase general admission tickets and daily special tickets at the ticket booths located in-front of the Civic Center. You will not be able to purchase a MEGA PASS at the Fair, as they are a pre-sale ticket only. Mega Passes are sold until February 27th at 11:59pm, and can also be purchased at one of our outlets: (Hayloft Western Wear, Williams Hardware, Mary Lou's Western Wear and 1st Bank) or you can Purchase them Online by clicking here.
